Silvermoon is a newly renovated 2 bedroom house, with a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom, all new fixtures and appliances, a full laundry (washer + dryer), wood fire, bespoke cabinetry and handcrafted details throughout, and styled with an eclectic edit of art and objects.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, whilst Bedroom 2 has a single bed, and a full-size, comfy queen bed that folds out from the wall (when booking, please advise the bed configuration you require in Bedroom 2). A portacot can be arranged on request.

There's a huge back garden with lawn, cubby house, sandpit, swing set, and a small trampoline, along with undercover outdoor dining area and gas BBQ. At night, as you enjoy a glass of wine or hot drink on the back deck, you can hear the sounds of the ocean, as sea mist fills the night air.

Silvermoon is situated just 350m from Dimmicks Beach - the beach track is at the end of our street.

RATES + PAYMENT TERMS

Accomodation is $250 per night mid week, and $400 per night most weekends, with a $200 cleaning fee applied to every booking. Rates are subject to change during school holidays and peak periods.

Full payment via credit card is made at the time of booking.

Every booking is subject to a security deposit, in the form of a $1000 pre-authorisation hold on your credit card. This is released 48 hours after your stay, pending no damages / claims.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings may be cancelled until 7 days before check-in for a full refund.
If cancelled within 7 days of booking, 50% of the booking fee will be forfeited.
If cancelled within 48 hrs of booking, 100% of the booking fee will be forfeited.
